# 4., Sauvegarde Environnementale et Sociale

Les projets doivent présenter une évaluation des risques qui répond aux exigences de la section 3.7 du NCS concernant les impacts environnementaux et sociaux.

Les entreprises avec un plan de gestion officiellement approuvé n'ont pas besoin d'une évaluation des risques (y compris une étude d'impact environnemental). Les certifications selon une norme reconnue comme **FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®)** ou un schéma équivalent (par exemple, **Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes (PEFC)**) sont considérées comme preuve de la durabilité environnementale et sociale du projet. Si aucune des conditions susmentionnées n'est remplie, la conformité aux exigences de l'aménagement du territoire (par exemple, plan de développement forestier en Suisse) doit être démontrée.
