# 4. Absicherung in Bezug auf Umwelt und Soziales

Projekte haben ein Risikoassessment vorzulegen, welches den Anforderungen von NCS [3.7](https://standard.nature-value.org/readme/3-project-requirements/3.7-environmental-and-social-impacts) entspricht.

Betriebe mit einem behördlich genehmigten Bewirtschaftungsplan brauchen kein Risikoassessment (einschliesslich Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung). Zertifizierungen nach einem anerkannten Standard wie **FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®)** oder einem gleichwertigen Verfahren (z.B. **Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes (PEFC)**) gelten als Belege für die Umwelt- und Sozialverträglichkeit des Projekts. Liegen keine der genannten Voraussetzungen vor, ist die Konformität mit den raumplanerischen Auflagen (z.B. Waldentwicklungsplan in der Schweiz) nachzuweisen.
