# 4. Sauvegarde en termes d'environnement et d'aspects sociaux

Les projets doivent soumettre une évaluation des risques qui répond aux exigences de NCS [3.7](https://standard.nature-value.org/readme/3-project-requirements/3.7-environmental-and-social-impacts).

Les entreprises avec un plan de gestion officiellement approuvé n'ont pas besoin d'une évaluation des risques (y compris une étude d'impact sur l'environnement). Les certifications selon une norme reconnue comme **FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®)** ou une procédure équivalente (par exemple, **Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes (PEFC)**) sont considérées comme des preuves de la compatibilité environnementale et sociale du projet. Si aucune des conditions mentionnées n'est remplie, la conformité avec les exigences d'aménagement du territoire (par exemple, un plan de développement forestier en Suisse) doit être démontrée.
