3. Applicability

The present method can be applied to individual standalone projects as well as to multiple bundled projects within a programme. Multiple project operators can join together in a project or programme. Each project determines its own baseline scenario and has its own monitoring. The programme primarily serves the organisational bundling for project development, monitoring, marketing, and sales.
