# 6.3 Projektszenario

Das Projektszenario beschreibt diejenige Vorratshaltung die mit dem Projekt praktiziert wird. Dies im Gegensatz zum Bezugsszenario. Es werden anerkannte Modelle der Vorratshaltung im bewirtschafteten Wald angewendet. Dies können sein: wissenschaftlich hergeleitete Wuchsmodelle (Ertragstafeln), anerkannte Rahmenwerte der Vorratshaltung im Gebirge oder andere anerkannte Modelle z.B. aus dem Bereich der naturnahen Waldwirtschaft. Im Falle der Ertragstafeln ist das Streben nach dem Normalvorrat die Baseline. Nur Vorratshaltungen über dem Normalvorrat sind anrechenbar. Der Normalvorrat ist der «untere Modellwert» des anrechenbaren Vorrates. Bei Vorräten über dem Normalvorrat steigt das Risiko für Kalamitäten (z.B. Sturmwurf). Vorräte bis 20% über dem Normalvorrat werden als unproblematisch angesehen («oberer Modellwert») und können sowohl für Vorratsaufbau wie für Vorratssicherung angerechnet werden. In offensichtlich risikoarmen Situationen können auch höhere obere Modellwerte angenommen und somit höhere Vorräte angerechnet werden. Vorratshaltung und Vorratserhöhung über dem oberen Modellwert können wegen des Verlustrisikos nicht angerechnet werden.
